Authors Guidelines
Thank you for submitting your paper(s) to GeoSAT’25.
- All submitted papers must be original and not published or presented elsewhere.
- Submissions should be sent to the CMT submission platform
- All Short papers submitted to GeoSAT’25 will be subject to an exhaustive review process conducted by two or three esteemed experts from the committee. The meticulous review procedure ensures that only high-quality research is presented at the congress.
- Upon acceptance, and contingent upon registration and presentation, the short papers will be incorporated into the official congress proceedings. These proceedings are destined for publication with E3S Web of Conferences. This is an Open Access platform committed to the archiving of conference proceedings that span an array of subjects encompassing Environment, Energy, and Earth Sciences (eISSN: 2267-1242).
- The papers presented in the conference proceedings will be readily accessible to a global audience. They will be indexed by various prominent academic resources such as Google Scholar, CAS, DOAJ, CPCI (Web of Science), EBSCO, ProQuest, Scopus, and Ei Compendex. This indexing ensures that the groundbreaking research presented at GeoSAT’25 can reach the widest possible audience and contribute significantly to advancements in the respective fields of study.
Submission Guidelines
- Authors can submit their work in the form of a complete paper or an abstract.
- Page Limit: Papers are typically vary from 6 to 10 pages, including figures and tables.
- Abstracts must be no longer than 270 words and strictly within one page.
Abstracts/Papers will be reviewed according to the following criteria:
Conference Scope: Is the submission within the scope of the conference?
Original Data and Results: What are the results, impact, and outcomes?
Quality of Abstract: The abstract must be well-written and demonstrate thought and attention to detail. The abstract must be clearly written with background, clear and sound methodology, original data and results, as well as a conclusion.

How to submit
Creating a Paper Submission
- Click the “+ Create new submission” button in the upper-left to create a new submission. You will be prompted to enter the title, abstract, authors, and subject areas.
- Ensure the following with your co-authors:
- Add them with their correct CMT3 email.
- Verify that they have logged in to the submission website and filled out the conflict information on CMT3.
- If you add an author whose email is not in CMT3, and their name/organization is not automatically filled, confirm they do not already have an account under a different email before completing the required information.
- Paper Number: Once your paper is registered (title/authors), you will be assigned a paper number. Insert this into the template before generating the PDF for submission. Papers submitted without a number may not be reviewed.

The Microsoft CMT service will be used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
